Capt. Harry was a pleasure to deal with. He provided a state of the art design drawing in 3D which showed our actual home and how the pool would look before he started. Throughout the construction, he was always on site making sure things ran smooth. He was always on site with the inspectors too! He was always accessible by phone whenever we had questions. In the end, our pool came out fabulous with automated controls via wireless apps. We couldn’t be happier. Capt. Harry is a highly detailed individual who takes pride in his work. Highly recommended.

Choosing a contractor to build my pool was an important decision to make. Good, honest contractors are almost impossible to find, however, Mr. Fritz and his team went above and beyond my expectations. His professionalism and passion were evident from our initial meeting, during his daily visits making sure completed steps were meeting his standards, thru our last successful inspection. Our pool was definitely the highlight of the first summer in our new home. Without a doubt, I would recommend him to anyone looking for high quality, completed at the promised time, beautiful pool.

Hi-Tech resurfaced my pool about 8 years ago. Harry made sure that the job was done to perfection. I have had no maintenance issues apart from scheduled maintenance tasks such as replacing the old parts and filters. Harry has been responsive, quick and fair with pricing. Hi-Tech Pools is a first-rate organization that I can vouch for. Two weeks ago during a lightening storm my filter and pool heater fried. Within 3 days a high quality replacement pump and heater were ordered and installed. The pump requires very low maintenance and basically maintains itself most of the time. I had great advice from Harry. Harry addressed all of the questions and concerns that I had when I made my purchase. He even gave me a follow-up call a couple of weeks later to see how everything was going. I received such excellent care with Hi-Tech Pools and I will be telling everyone I know about the great service and handling I received.

Harry is a trustworthy guy! We worked with him for our pool for a pre-construction home. Unfortunately the builder went with someone else at the end. But we had given Harry a cash deposit and he returned it all within days. That is hard to find, especially in Miami. Wish we could have worked with him. He was always in contact with us and accommodating our request for the pool. He has even offered to over see the construction of our pool even if he isn’t the one building it. Highly recommend him!
